Pics from Emerald City

It’s pretty late at night and I have to get up uber-early to catch a shuttle to the airport to head back to Toronto… But wanted to relive some of my memories at this past weekend’s Emerald City Comic-Con in Seattle.  It was a great time and I enjoyed meeting everyone that came to the table, bought books, chatted about Shakespeare and comics and pitching, and everything else.

Also thanks to everyone that came out to my How to Pitch and Market Your Comic workshop on Saturday afternoon.  It was a packed crowd and it seemed like people really enjoyed the talk.  If you missed it… Well, hopefully you’ll be able to catch it at another show in the future.

Here are a number of pictures from the weekend…

I love it when people come to the show with one of our shirts...

No, that's not Conor at the booth... It's my Sunday marketing assistant Angel...

The t-shirt says it all...

Anthony Del Col

The daily delivery of cookies is upon us...

Super Girl!

Anthony with the sleep-deprived but still driven AdaPia d'Errico

Anthony's favourite film last year was "Drive"... So he needs to find out where to get this jacket...

There were *so* many Canadians at the show... Here is Aaron, who could have been described as a Pacific Northwest hipster wearing a CBC t-shirt... Until we discovered he actually *was* Canadian... So that just makes him... Canadian?

Do not be afraid of the greatness of Kill Shakespeare...

Another fan wearing our Justice League of Shakespeare shirt!

... And finally, a photo of Anthony away from the convention centre - down by the beautiful Pike Market Place by the coast
